November Home Sales Hold Steady as Holidays Approach

San Antonio – The San Antonio housing market is poised to close out the year strong with 1,531 single-family homes sold in November 2012, a 21% increase compared to the November 2011 sales, according to the November 2012 Multiple Listing Service report by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS^® (SABOR). Overall the year-to-date sales of single-family homes is up 10% compared to the same time period in 2011.
