Proposed Leon Valley Ordinance Raises Concerns
PDF Print E-mail

The City of Leon Valley initially proposed implementation of a Property Maintenance Code Ordinance in December 2011. If enacted as written, this ordinance would significantly infringe on the private property rights of those who live there, while also imposing potential fines on those working to facilitate property transactions within this city’s boundaries if properties are found to be in non-compliance with these new rules.

SABOR is informing and engaging the residents of Leon Valley.  See postcard campaign or visit www.absurdordinance.com.
