The Development Process Task Force will be meeting in December to discuss implementation of a new electronic format for receiving approval on commercial & residential permits to include new buildings, renovations, additions, site work, foundation, shell, etc.  At this time, the builder/developer submits to Development Services Department manual requests via flash drive, CDs, external hard drives, etc.  Eventually, this will all be achieved electronically.

Please see the entire draft of Electronic Plan Review Procedures, scheduled to be implemented on January 2, 2012.  Your input is needed.  Please let us know your thoughts and/or recommendations by December 8, 2011 in order for the City to consider your suggestions.
