Law Of Agency - 1111 A mandatory course for license application submitted after September 1, 1994. This course will cover such topic areas as Creation of Agency Relationships, the Fiduciary Duties, Disclosure of Agency and a treatment of Disclosed Dual Agency. Time will also be spent covering those areas that are addressed in the Texas Real Estate License Act. Required text: Texas Real Estate Agency, 6th Edition, Update, Dona K. Peeples, Minor Peeples III, and John Reily ($37.84 incl. tax).
Law of Contracts - 1200 A mandatory course for licensure application after January 1, 1998. This offering is designed to provide the student with an in-depth-study of the Texas promulgated contracts and addenda with special emphasis on the intent of the Broker Lawyer Committee. The student will be given many opportunities to prepare several offers for potential buyers in the most realistic situations possible. Completion of Principles of Real Estate Course would be helpful, not mandatory. Bring a calculator and the "Principles" textbook.

Property Management - 0811 This elective course provides a perspective of the major functions of property managers. Legal and interpersonal concerns and everyday issues regarding maintenance, accounting, administrative and other management activities. Quick Start – 0711 This elective course helps new & experienced agents succeed. This class is a comprehensive manual of real estate how-to's, covering prospecting, Internet, working ZipForms, dealing with buyers and sellers, record keeping, ethics, and more. The Quick Start Program is designed for agents with 1 to 12 months of real estate experience. TREC approved for 30 core hours; 9 MCE hours - $175 pre-paid, $200 otherwise for Texas REALTORS® members, $200/$225 for non- TAR members (includes materials).
Real Estate Brokerage – 0711 This elective course (Mandatory for Broker’s license effective January 2008) is designed for real estate agents who would like to become managers, brokers and/or owners. Focuses on brokerage by identifying and describing emerging elements and examples of the way real estate brokerage is conducted in today’s marketplace.

Real Estate Marketing - 0511 Real Estate Marketing, a unique "how to" type course deals with innovative ways to market real properties. Areas of interest include successful time management, goal setting, advertising, prospecting for buyers, telephone techniques and an in-depth exploration of listing and selling skills.
Real Estate Mathematics - 0611 Real Estate Mathematics starts with a review of basic mathematics, and then covers specific mathematical subjects in depth: interest, discount points, taxes, legal descriptions, capitalization, closing statements and commissions.
