About Our CORE Classes:
The San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, 9110 IH-10 West, San Antonio, Texas 78230, is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a certified real estate pre-licensing school (provider number 516) since 1978. All courses are accredited for licensure as a Texas Real Estate Broker or Salesperson, and Salesperson's re-certification. All courses are open to the public. A course outline is provided for all courses. Students must attend the entire course to receive credit. Textbooks are available for purchase by the students.
A full refund, less a $25 service fee, will be made to any person who has paid tuition but did not enter the course. Note: No service fee will be charged for cancellations made 48 hours in advance during business hours. In that event, unused text books may also be returned for a full refund.
The participant must decide if the course is timely and appropriate for the participant's needs. Note: a course may not be repeated for credit unless it has been three years or longer since the participant has taken it. A person who has previously passed a SABOR course within the last five years, may audit all or any part of the same course upon the payment of a $30 auditing fee. No credit is given for auditing a course. A person who has not previously taken the course must pay full tuition to attend the course, whether license credit is desired or not; however, a person may attend selected portions of any course at an hourly rate of $5 an hour. A person who retakes for credit a course previously passed must pay full tuition. SABOR reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment or other reasons. In the event of cancellation, all fees paid will be promptly refunded in full.
Registration Policy:
Payment is to be rendered at the time of registration. Seats will not be reserved without payment. If a student does not show up for class by the time the instructor starts his introduction, his/her seat will be given to a student on the waiting list or to a walk-in student. If a student shows up after the class has started and the class is full and his/her seat has been filled, he/she will not be allowed to attend the class and a $25 penalty applies. If a student shows up for class, and is late, and there is still room in the class, the student may enter the class on the basis of doing the makeup time and will not be allowed to take the test until said time is made up, no penalty applies. Temperatures in the auditorium may vary! Be prepared, dress accordingly.
Under Texas Law: Core Real Estate courses are also approved for 9 hours of "Elective" MCE Credit
Tuition:
Tuition: $90 prepaid (at least 2 days prior to class) or $105 after the deadline

Tuition Deadlines:
The deadline for classes starting on a Monday is the previous Thursday by 5:00 pm.
The deadline for classes starting on a Friday is the previous Wednesday by 5:00 pm.
The deadline for classes starting on a Saturday is the previous Thursday by 5:00 pm.

REFUND POLICY:
$25 Late Cancelation fee is assessed for any cancelation not made at least 2 business days prior to class.
