Supra Update - 9-28-11
Supra Equipment Upgrades
With approval of the Board of Directors, the SABOR MLS has approved additional services through Supra to be purchased effective September 27, 2011. Members now have access to new types of equipment such as the ActiveKey or eKey Service through their Smartphone. DisplayKeys and cradles may now be upgraded for new types of Supra equipment and services.

Supra Lockbox Distribution Changes
With approval of the Board of Directors, the SABOR MLS adopted a policy that lockboxes will have to be purchased effective January 15, 2009. SABOR will no longer track listing inventory and issue lockboxes to the Participant based on their listing inventory at no cost.
Please be aware of the following guidelines:

Keyboxes purchased from sources outside SABOR must be deprogrammed by the Board or Association in which the Keybox originated from and reprogrammed by SABOR in order to work with the Supra Key Service in San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Seguin.

Lockboxes will be recorded in the Supra system in the name of the purchaser (Broker or Agent).

If the Designated REALTOR® for the Company changes and boxes are to be transferred to new Designate, a letter of authorization signed by both parties should be presented to the SABOR Member Care Center.

Supra keyboxes are the endorsed box by the SABOR MLS. The Supra keybox can be read using the Supra key and will download information showing the key # of persons accessing the property. Please refer to pages 56-58 of your Display Key User Guide for instructions.
*Cost may vary based on SABOR's ability to secure additional used boxes. SABOR will exercise "best efforts" to purchase used boxes at the most reasonable price and make available at SABOR's cost. Boxes purchased new from Supra have a cost of $90 plus tax. However, by purchasing in large quantities SABOR has been fortunate to find used inventory at a cost savings.
