DATA FEEDS: IDX,  VOW,  3rd Party Vendor Products

IDX:
     In compliance with sections 18 and 19 of the MLS Rules and Regulations, http://www.sabor.com/index.php/mls/rules-a-regulations.html SABOR offers the following data feeds and/or links for IDX Solutions, VOW solutions, and other 3^rd party vendor products and services.

     For a non-customizable IDX solution – At no charge the following links may be used as a non-customizable solution. Members may link to the public search site on SABOR.COM http://realestate.sabor.com/ or the local site on REALTOR.com http://new.realtor.com/sanantonio/nbregion1.asp .

     For a customizable IDX solution – data may be downloaded from an FTP or RETS site for an IDX solution.

• The Vendor Agreement (WordDOC format) - This agreement must be filled out and signed by the principal officer of the company that is building the website for the SABOR Agent/Broker member.

• The Broker Agreement (WordDOC format) - This agreement must be filled out and signed by the Designated Broker of the requesting member and must also signed by the requesting Agent (if any).
   

VOW’s or Other 3^rd Party approved products:

• The Agreement (WordDOC format) - This agreement must be filled out and signed by the principal officer of the company and by the consultant or vendor where applicable.
