About Our Mandatory Continuing Education: 

The San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Real Estate School is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a certified provider for Mandatory Continuing Education (provider #0008) since 1990. All courses are accredited for licensure as a Texas Real Estate Broker or Salesperson, and Salesperson's re-certification.   All courses are open to the public. A course outline is provided for all courses.   

SABOR will not certify a participant for MCE credit unless the student attends all sessions of the course. No partial credit will be given for partial attendance; and no makeup or written work will be allowed for MCE credit.

The participant must decide if this course is timely and appropriate for the participant's MCE requirements.   A full refund will be made to any person who has paid tuition but did not enter the course. SABOR will not refund any MCE fees collected from participants with partial attendance. SABOR reserves the right to cancel any class for insufficient enrollment or other reasons. If the course is canceled, all fees paid will be promptly refunded in full.
 
 
IMPORTANT: Registration is conducted thirty minutes prior to class time. No one will be admitted to class after the session has started! Have your real estate pocket license ID available upon entering the class. You will need to refer to your number during the courses.

Tuition must be prepaid 2 business days in advance in order to take advantage of the prepaid rate.
Additional hours taken will be charged accordingly.
