Part Time Receptionist
The San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, Inc is seeking a Part Time Receptionist for the front desk. This person will work under the direct supervision of the Information Central Coordinator. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting visitors, answering the switchboard, taking reservations, communications and distributions, meeting preparations, reports, maintaining lobby, and more. The ideal candidate must have a friendly personality, be detail oriented, able to multi-task, have computer skills and be well organized. Hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please indicate the desired shift.

Property Manager Bookkeeper
Established Property Management company currently managing 275+ single family and multi family units has need for a Property Manager Bookkeeper. Your duties will include preparation of monthly statements to owners we manage for to reflect rents received, deductions for management fees, deductions for any maintenance or other expenditure and deliver of statements electronically.
You will also prepare the necessary invoices to tenants for late fees, returned checks and other expenses they may incur. Position also distributes checks monthly to vendors based on invoices received. Experience in a similar work field desired. Position also responsible for 1099 reporting and year end statement generation.
You must be professional in your appearance and have a strong work ethic. Organization is key as is being a problem solver. You will be working with a team and as such must be a team player. Looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person who is able to assist the senior manager in handling a portfolio of properties to include marketing, maintenance, inspection, leases, tenant relations, renewal agreements, management contracts and owner communications, evictions, housing etc.
A good candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to maintain organization thru the busy season, along with strong accounts payable and receivables abilities, MLS experience, excellent computer skills with Internet experience uploading and editing photos.
