Property Manager/ Book Keeper

M&S Asset Management has need for a property manager/ bookkeeper. Your primary responsibilities would include generating monthly reconcilation statements for 250-300 units under management for presentation to owners. To prepare statements, you would be posting monthly rents, deducting management and repair invoices. You would also be responsible for responding to owner email and phone inquiries with questions on a daily basis. You would also issue weekly payments to vendors reconciled against the monthly payment reports to the owners. In addition, you would also assist with 3-4 work orders per day to help the property management team stay on track.

We utilize Appfolio software that is fully web hosted. Training would be provided to get you up to speed on how to use the system effectively. This is for a mostly single family home portfolio.

This position requires 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. Ability to multi task while remaining organized are key to this position. Phone and written communication skills are vital to this position. Base Salary of $33,000 to start plus bonuses and commission. New Home Sales Experience and Bi-lingual preferred.

Must be an excellent communicator in person, by phone and email. Ideal background would be in New Home Sales; experience with Real Estate Industry is very helpful and No License Required.

Work Schedule -- Thursday, Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays and most Holidays.
