Addresses key elements in the Texas Property Code that are relevant to Property Management to include: Security Deposits, Security Devices, Disclosure of Ownership and Management, Smoke Detectors, Rental Application, Forcible Entry and Detainer, and Texas Fair Housing Act. The intent of this course is to make attendees aware of the issues covered by the Texas Property Code that have the greatest effect on individuals who manage property. Approved for 6 MCE hours, no legal credit.
