A mandatory course for licensure application after January 1, 1998. This offering is designed to provide the student with an indepth-study of the Texas promulgated contracts and addenda with special emphasis on the intent of the Broker Lawyer Committee. The student will be given many opportunities to prepare several offers for potential buyers in the most realistic situations possible. Completion of Principles of Real Estate Course would be helpful, but is not mandatory. 

Bring a calculator and the "Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas" ("Principles")13th Ed., Nance textbook.
