A mandatory course for licensee applications submitted after September 1, 1994. This course will cover such topic areas as:
- Creation of Agency Relationships
- The Fiduciary Duties
- Disclosure of Agency
- A treatment of Disclosed Dual Agency.
Time will also be spent covering those areas that are addressed in the Texas Real Estate License Act.
