SABOR is offering two free* courses on streamlining the marketing process on August 16th in the SABOR Auditorium.

"Profit Potential Utilizing FHA Streamline 203(K)" demonstrates how your client can purchase their house and renovate it with one application and one closing, resulting in one monthly payment. Learn the basics of the FHA Streamline 203(K) in our one hour MCE* class.

In "Mastering the Niche of Renovation Marketing" you will learn the techniques necessary to market your client’s newly renovated home or property - 2 hours MCE*.

Registration & Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  Program ends at noon.
Cost: Free Seminar with no MCE - 1 Hr MCE: $7/$8 after deadline - and/or 2 Hrs MCE: $14/$16 after deadline**
(In order to receive 3 hours of MCE credit you must register for both classes in the Education section of IMS)
