President's Circle
What is the President’s Circle?  A political action committee like RPAC can legally give only up to $10,000 per election cycle to candidates. The President’s Circle program allows REALTORS® to reach beyond our PAC limits and have a much greater affect in the political arena.

RPAC Hall of Fame
In 2001, a Presidential Advisory Group (PAG) on RPAC Fundraising created a RPAC “Hall of Fame” which provides a higher level of recognition to those RPAC contributors who have provided a significant amount of RPAC funds in their lifetime.

In order to be a member in RPAC’s “Hall of Fame,” the following criteria must be met:
 •  Members will qualify for the “Hall of Fame” when their RPAC contributions annually result in an aggregate lifetime total of at least $25,000 to National RPAC.
 •  $2,000 contributions from the President’s Circle Program count toward the RPAC “Hall of Fame.” This was approved by the RPAC Trustees in January 2006 and passed by NAR Leadership on April 11, 2006.
 •  Each state will be responsible for providing NAR RPAC with a letter from the Executive Officer with supporting documentation verifying the RPAC contributions.
 •  Once a member reaches Hall of Fame Status, he/she will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Midyear Meetings the following year in Washington, D.C.

Solicitations for contributions are for members only. Contributions are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes.  Contributions to the Texas Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC), the Texas Association of REALTORS® Federal Political Action Committee (TAR FedPAC), and the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amount indicated is merely a guideline, and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. The Association will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution, and you may refuse to contribute without reprisal by the Association. TREPAC initially receives each contribution and a percentage is transmitted to RPAC via TAR FedPAC to meet TREPAC’s RPAC annual quota. RPAC supports Federal candidates with those contributions which are charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a.  The percentage forwarded to national RPAC each month may be obtained by contacting the TAR FedPAC administrator at 800-873-9155.
