Rookie of the Year
Time Frame: Completing their first full year of real estate within the calendar year that the award is being considered (i.e. if an agent receives their license in June 1999 their first "Rookie" year will end in June 2000 which is in the 2000 year that the award is being considered). Nominations must be received at SABOR no later than October 31, 2006.
Eligibility: Nominees should be actively engaged in Real Estate on a full time basis.
Criteria: Nominees should be reviewed as to the number of transactions they have (to include listings, active listings, sold listings, and closed co-op transactions -this information will be verified by the office manager or designated broker).
Participation: Nominees should be active in Board functions to include committee participation, breakfast attendance, educational advancement, etc.
Community involvement: Nominees should be active within their community to include a wide variety of activities.

William Fleming Commercial of the Year
This Award is named for William E. Fleming in grateful recognition of his outstanding example and legacy of fair dealing, community involvement, faith in GOD, and service to his fellow man.
Criteria: This Award may be presented annually to honor the member of the REALTOR® Commerical Alliance who best exemplifies the highest professional standards of a commercial REALTOR® , and whose life reflects a commitment to GOD, family and community. Specific considerations for the Award are the nominee's real estate work experience, participation in the RCA and other professional organizations, and church/civic involvement.
