Installation of 2010 Officers and Directors & Awards Breakfast

Thursday, December 10, 2009 Sunset Station, Depot 1, San Antonio - Gold level Advertiser - $2,500. (Receive: 4 tickets to Installation w/reserved seating, recognition as Reception advertiser and listed as an Advertiser in Keeping Posted, [hard copy and on-line at sabor.com]); Silver level - $1,500. (Receive: 3 tickets to Installation, recognition as media advertiser [PowerPoint slide presentation of 2009 SABOR events w/promotion of Silver Advertiser throughout show] and listed as an Advertiser in Keeping Posted, [hard copy and on-line at sabor.com]); Copper level - $750. (Receive: 2 tickets to Installation and recognition as the decorations/program advertiser, and listed as an Advertiser in Keeping Posted, [hard copy and on-line at sabor.com]); Bronze level - $300. (Receive: 1 ticket to Installation and recognition as the Ticket advertiser, and listed as an Advertiser in Keeping Posted, [hard copy and on-line at sabor.com]). Advertisers will be prominently displayed in the event program, recognized during program and recognized on tent cards at each table during event. Note: The advertiser levels for Installation/Awards are on a first right of refusal basis.
 
The advertising package for Membership Breakfasts, Quarterly Designated Broker/Manager or Quarterly Town Hall Meetings will include (there will be joint advertisers):

 •  Two – four minute speaking opportunity during the program to present your company and its product(s) and/or services.

 •  A table or display area for use in handing out advertising materials and exclusive right to place advertising information on the breakfast tables, if you so desire.

 •  Right to provide a door prize(s), if desired.

 •  Listed as Advertiser in Keeping Posted, for remainder of 2009 (hard copy and online at sabor.com).

 •  Listed on SABOR.com under 2010 SABOR Advertisers with a link to advertiser’s website (if provided).
 
Orientation Advertiser - $350. Provide continental breakfast (muffins, croissants, orange or fruit juice), along with related paper products (plates, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, etc.) or have it catered. 7:30 am. setup. SABOR to provide coffee. You will have the opportunity to make a brief presentation (two - four minutes) to the attendees about your company’s programs, products and/or services. This is also your opportunity to introduce other company representatives and disseminate literature to those in attendance.
 
Housing Forecast – (2) Event Advertisers $2,500 One Table (10) reserved seating; 5 minute presentation during breakfast, banner on wall (furnished by Advertiser), handout on table, full page color advertisement (in program). (1) Platinum Advertiser $1,000 Full page advertisement (inside cover – color), plus three (3) tickets to event. (1) Gold Advertiser $750 Full page advertisement (inside cover – color), plus two (2) tickets to event. Silver Advertiser $350 No limitation on this ad. Half page advertisement (location to be determined). Copper Advertiser $225 No limitation on this ad. Quarter page advertisement (location to be determined). Ticket Advertiser $500 Exclusive. Company logo on ticket. All advertising levels will be included in promotion on SABOR.com.
 
REALTOR®/Rally – (1) Platinum $2,500. Introduce keynote speaker (morning general session), advertiser name will be shown on: full registration name badges, advertiser banner in meeting room of general session – non-exclusive, to (to be provided by advertiser). Advertiser will receive: one (1) complimentary booth space (*), and advertiser name in program. (2) Gold $2,000. a) Advertiser’s name to appear on lanyard, introduce the afternoon keynote speaker and provide banner for display in meeting room of general session. (b) Publication advertiser – One 8 ½ x 11 black & white ad to be included in each education handout and provide banner for display in meeting room of general session. Gold level advertisers will receive: one (1) complimentary booth space (*), and advertiser name in program. (5) Silver $1,500. a) Wristband advertisement and your company representative to introduce a speaker; b) Sign acknowledgement as Luncheon Advertiser and company representative to introduce a speaker; c) Sign acknowledgement as the provider of continental breakfast and company representative to introduce a speaker; d) Sign acknowledgement of registration and program advertiser and company representative(s) assist with even check-in (2 to 3 individuals) or e) Sign acknowledgement as afternoon refreshment advertiser and introduction of a speaker. In addition, Silver level advertisers also receive name in program and one (1) complimentary booth space* NO TRADE SHOW ONLY TICKETS WILL BE SOLD. Note: The advertiser levels for REALTOR® Rally are on a first right of refusal basis. *Note booth will be located outside of the Ballroom.

TREPAC Wine Tasting Event – October 8, 2009 (Hilton Hill Country Hotel & Spa) –- Wine Glass Advertiser (2) - $1000 – Includes four (4) complimentary tickets, website promotion, host a wine glass table and receive a full page advertisement in event program. Exclusive, Event Advertiser $750 – Includes three (3) complimentary tickets, website promotion, 1-2 minute speaking opportunity at the event, your choice to host a wine table and receive a one-half (1/2) page advertisement in event program. Exclusive, Entertainment Advertiser - $500 – Includes two (2) complimentary tickets, website promotion, host a wine table and receive a one-fourth (1/4) page advertisement in event program. Wine Table Advertiser (12) - $350 each – Includes one (1) complimentary ticket, website promotion, business card advertisement in event program and service a wine table.
 
River Barge Tour – December 15, 2009 – Exclusive, Main Event Advertiser $1,000 – Includes company banner, host refreshments, and 1-2 minute speaking opportunity and four (4) complimentary tickets. Barge Advertiser (4) $500 each – Includes Barge signage and two (2) representatives on your barge.
 
Mardi Gras Casino Night – February 2010 – Exclusive, Banquet Advertiser $1,000 – Includes a three (3) minute speaking opportunity during the event, company banner display, table signage and four (4) complimentary tickets, assist with grand prize drawing and company name on all event promotions. Exclusive, Bar Advertiser $600 - Includes company banner display, table signage, three (3) complimentary tickets, website promotion and company name on all event promotions. Exclusive, Entertainment Advertiser $400 – Includes welcome remarks to attendees, company banner displayed, table signage and two (2) complimentary tickets. Craps Table Advertiser (2) $350 each – Includes company banner display, table signage, two (2) complimentary tickets, website promotion and company name on all event promotions. Roulette Table Advertiser (2) $250 each – Includes company banner display, table signage, 1 complimentary ticket, website promotion and company name on all event promotions. Black Jack Table Advertiser (20) $200 each – Includes two (2) company representatives as dealers, company banner display, table signage, website promotion and company name on all event promotions.
 
TREPAC Golf Tournament – March 2010 - Banquet & Awards Advertiser (2) - $1,000 each – Includes company banner displayed during dinner in the clubhouse and two (2) golfers. Beverage Cart Advertiser (4) $400 each - Includes signage on drink carts and two (2) complimentary dinner tickets. Tee & Green w/Beer Station Advertiser (3) $400 each - Includes signage at hole and two (2) dinner tickets. Closest to the Pin Advertiser (2) $300 each - Includes signage at hole, two (2) dinner tickets and presentation of this award. Exclusive, Registration Table Advertiser * $300 - Includes signage in the clubhouse during lunch and registration and assists with sign-in responsibilities and golfer registration. Longest Drive Advertiser (2) $300 each - Includes signage at hole, two (2) dinner tickets and presentation of this award. Tee & Green Advertiser (10) $250 each - Includes signage at hole and one (1) dinner ticket. Exclusive, Hole in One Advertiser - Purchase insurance for this advertising opportunity. TREPAC Fiesta River Parade - April 19, 2009 – *Main Event Advertiser (3) $2,500 each – Includes: Display of Company Banner, Opportunity to market to 100-150 members in an exclusive setting at Hotel Contessa and four (4) complimentary tickets for your company representatives. *Exclusive to industry.
 
TREPAC Murder Mystery Theatre Production - (TBD) - Producer Advertiser (3) $1,000 each – Includes website promotion, 3-5 minute speaking opportunity, signage, a full-page ad in the event program and four (4) complimentary tickets. Director Advertiser (2) $750 each - Includes website promotion, signage available, half-page (1/2) ad in the event program and three (3) complimentary tickets. Refreshments Advertiser (3) $500 each - Includes website promotion, signage available, one-fourth (1/4) page advertisement in the event program and two (2) complimentary tickets. Actor/Actress Advertiser (4) $250 each – A role in murder mystery play with name listed in the event program.
